Nintendo’s president, Shuntaro Furukawa, addressed this by stating, “We’ve already announced that Pokémon Legends: Z-A and Metroid Prime 4: Beyond are on schedule for a 2025 release on the Nintendo Switch. With so many gamers enjoying the Switch, we’re keen to continue developing engaging titles for it. However, launching new hardware, especially with exclusive games, is vital. So, we’re exploring ways for both the Nintendo Switch and its sequel to captivate a broad audience.”
