After months filled with anticipation, Path of Exile 2 finally has a confirmed release date for all platforms. Although the launch date was pushed back by a couple of weeks, players can still expect to dive into early access quite soon.
To mark the occasion, the developers over at Grinding Gear Games are planning a livestream that promises to give players a comprehensive look at everything they’ll experience in just under a fortnight. This GGG Live event is set to serve as a final sneak peek into the much-anticipated action RPG.
The special GGG Live session kicks off today at 1 PM PT, 4 PM ET, and 8 PM UK time. You can catch it exclusively on Twitch, though a recording will later be available on YouTube for those who can’t make it live. The developers plan to deeply explore the early access version, showcasing the available acts, classes, and what awaits players in the endgame and beyond.
Interestingly, the timing of this livestream might coincidentally serve as a counter to Diablo 4’s Campfire Chat, which is expected to reveal details about the game’s upcoming Public Test Server (PTR) and major updates for Season 7. It wouldn’t be surprising if the PTR launch ends up aligning closely with Path of Exile 2’s debut, too.
Stay tuned with us for more exciting updates on Path of Exile 2, including a developer interview, hands-on experiences with a fresh build, and additional content. Path of Exile 2 heads into early access on Steam and EGS on December 6th, with PlayStation and Xbox releases slated for the same day.
